On January 15, 2023, Girls on the Run alum Nora Nishi, age 17, took on her biggest challenge yet and finished the Houston Marathon. We sat down to chat with her about how Girls on the Run helped her reach her goal of running her first marathon as a high school student.

She’s channeling her passion for physical activity as a SoleMate and a member of the GOTRC social media ambassador Team Run for Her, ensuring that Chicagoland girls get the chance to achieve their goals, too!
