Banner Crew, 6 am
Assist the race director in setting up the banners on site. (5 vol.)
Traffic/Parking, 6 am
Work to keep traffic moving so people can park and get to the race. (8 vol.)
Pre-Registration, 6:15 am
Issue race gear and verify ID for those who have already registered. (10 vol.)
New Registration, 6:15 am
Get there early to work the race day registration table. Issue race gear and help participants get ready to run! Organizational skills are a must! (15 vol.)
Donations and Tiara Sales Booth, 6:15 am
Sell tiaras at the donation booth! (4 vol.)
T-Shirt & Goody Bag, 6:15 am
Hand out tshirts and goody bags to all the superstar runners! (10 vol.)
Trouble Shooters/Ushers, 6:30 am
Be familiar with the workings of a race and answer questions as well as solve problems as they arise. (5 vol.)
Gear Check, 6:45 am
Keep track of gear that is checked in by race participants. Organize and return belongings to participants after the race is completed. ( 5 vol.)
Face Painting, 7 am
Ready to show off those artistic skills? Use them to paint faces! (12 vol.)
Tiara Decorating, 7 am
Help the WonderGirls make tiaras as unique as they are! Set up tables, organize supplies and help the girls create a tiara of their own! (12 vol.)
Start H20, 7:30 am
Provide water to participants before the race. (10 vol.)
Course Marshals, 7:30 am
Be out on the course and keep runners headed in the right direction! ( 25 vol.)
Aid Station, 8 am
Interact with the WonderGirls by handing out water and encouragement along the race course. (50 vol.)
Spectator/Cheer Station, 8:30 am
Each cheer station will have its own unique theme. Groups at these stations need to have lots of energy to pump up the crowd! (15 vol.)
Finish Line Runner Refreshments, 8 am
Use your muscles to get everything in order for the finish line festivities! Set up tables and food, and then serve it to the runners as they finish. (50 vol.)
Finish Line Medals, 8 am
Place medals on everyone who finishes the race. Lots of energy is needed at this station to show the girls that they are superstars! (15 vol.)
