About the Event
This year’s run will be part of a morning full of fun activities! Bally Total Fitness instructors do the event warm up and the American Girl Place Ambassadors lead runners in the National Anthem. The Windy City Rollers will lead the runners out on the course. The USATF certified 5k course (3.1 mile) runs around beautiful Montrose Harbor and finishes with a post-race festival that features great food, games, and giveaways. Post-race entertainment includes face painting, tiara decorating, and visits from Chicago sports team mascots and Kellogg’s Tony the Tiger.

The WonderGirl 5K is a CARA registered fun run. All finishers will receive medals, lots of cheers and the admiration of all spectators. Runners will not be timed, nor will results be posted. No awards will be given. Everyone who crosses the finish line is a winner!
